Omar is the founder and CEO of XGUARD, a strategy firm guiding organizations to adopt disruptive technologies into their businesses, with focus on enabling corporate's Digital Transformation.

Omar’s 10+ years’ experience in Strategy and Management Consulting included developing organization strategies and governance (greenfield and brownfield), building a digital portfolio, locking strategic partnerships, tailor-designing commercial models, training and mentoring over +200 C-suites and staff on lean methodologies, change management, and process improvement.

Omar was the Head of Innovation and Digital Solutions at a Multinational MedTech Firm. His key responsibilities were focused on building the Health-Tech portfolio, and developing Go-to Market strategies in over 10+ countries, across Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA), in both public and private sectors.

Previously he was functioning as an Operations Consultant (Lean Process Expert) on the Riyadh Metro Project; the 85 station network which is now considered the world's longest metro with a contract value of $22 Billion, spreading across a span of 109 miles.

Omar is also a speaker, writer, art collector, innovator, and a jiujitsu athlete.
